Part of tonight’s Downtown Christmas Market will be the 15th annual Strathroy Lions Tree of Light celebrations. myFM talked with chairperson of the event Mariette Desjardins who told us that the event itself has gone through some changes over the last 15 years.

Desjardins told myFM everything gets underway at 6pm tonight.

She added a heartfelt thank you to the municipality for their partnership and assistance with the placing of the lights on the tree.
